Here at St. Agnes Cathedral School almost all of our 825
students pass through the doors of the computer lab every week. Our lab has Apple IMAC computers, software, better, faster
wiring, and a cable network connection for an optimum Internet experiences with content filtering software for the students'
protection. We have a large SmartBoard in the lab for instructional purposes. This year we are welcoming a new computer
teacher, Mrs. Mary Brower to St. Agnes. We have prepared some exciting and special programs and projects during the 2006 -2007
school year. Many of you have completed integrated technology projects using CAD (Computer Aided Design) software to
design structures in the lab and then built models of those designs with Mrs. Fiorello in the art room. We always look forward
to seeing you in the lab. Don't forget to check back here often for new photos and project updates throughout the year.

My Mission Statement
It is my mission as a teacher to provide a safe, child centered and developmentally
appropriate environment where learning is positive, exciting, and a dynamic lifelong process; to incorporate interdisciplinary
strategies into every aspect of the curriculum; to work together with other teachers to empower our students by implementing
high academic standards and teaching the necessary skills to attain them. Our ultimate goal is to foster a love of learning,
build self-confidence and develop a sense of well being in our students. I will hold high expectations that all students will
learn and achieve academic standards. My main purpose, and responsibility, is to educate my students regardless of previous
academic performance, family and/or socioeconomic background, race, or gender, while developing a caring attitude that promotes
good citizenship. Through communication with parents and community, I will develop a partnership that fosters positive
growth in a healthy and safe school environment. Finally, and specifically as a technology coordinator, it is also my mission
to empower my students to use technology, teaching them to use these tools to foster their success, now and in their future
academic, social, and business endeavors.
Mrs. Moroney,
